Victorian circuit breaker lockdown

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews today announced what he termed a “circuit breaker” five day lockdown to tackle the more virulent strain of COVID-19. This short lockdown takes effect from 11:59pm this evening until 11:59pm on Wednesday 17th February (a minute before midnight).
